上培村是福建省宁德市屏南县棠口镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东南部，距镇政府所在地约23公里，在宁屏二级路边，东邻寿山乡，南望黛溪镇。[2]

当地海拔低、气候炎热，方言中「培」与「焙」同音，后改用雅字「培」，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2008年设立上培村委会，2018年撤乡设镇后改称棠口镇上培村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2016年，村党支部获中共屏南县委授予「先进基层党组织」称号；2020年，村庄获宁德市委、宁德市人民政府授予「市级文明村」称号。[2]
