山岭村属于屏南县棠口镇，位于县域北部、镇域东部，距县城和镇政府驻地约8.6公里。[1][2]

村庄建在高山之中，四面有三条山岭通向村中，故得村名。村内下辖赤岩、吴呈2个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年村庄划入棠口公社，称山岭大队；1984年改由棠口乡管辖，设山岭村委会；2018年撤乡设镇，村委会改隶棠口镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄地处高山地带，平均海拔约1000米，其中赤岩自然村海拔约980米。[2]

经济[edit]

村民主要种植高山蔬菜、茶叶和毛竹。[2]
