淦山村是代溪镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部，距镇政府驻地约12公里，旧称牛缆山村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年起设淦山大队；1984年一度改为乡级建制；1993年由乡改镇时定名为淦山。[1]
1933年，村中设立了中共宁屏第二中心支部，由陈盛斌担任书记；叶飞、阮英平等人曾在此设立据点。[1][2]
村中现存宁屏第五区淦山中心支部遗址。[1]
