地理环境[edit]
村庄距双溪镇区10公里，辖上潭头、道班、天坑垅、罗岗、下潭头5个自然村。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村里有156户567人，常住484人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年村子划入第四区；1958年成为双溪公社下的岩后大队；1984年改设双溪乡岩后村委会，1986年双溪乡改镇后，村委会改属双溪镇。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村子所在的白水洋景区，由白水洋和鸳鸯溪两大片区组成，2010年纳入宁德世界地质公园体系。[2]
2017年后，村民迁至新址，原旧址改建为「岩后革命老区纪念馆」。[1]
