地理环境[edit]
古峰镇的面积，百度百科所载为25.54平方千米（2017年），博雅地名网所载约为19.42平方公里，其中城区约6平方公里。两处的数字与年份均不相同。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
此地在建县前归古田县管辖。雍正十三年（1735年）屏南建县后，古峰一带被编入县内的六都。[4]
1914年起，这一带先后隶属南一区、第一区和第三区，区公署或区公所设于棠口。1956年7月，此地划归棠口区。[4]
1956年2月，县治设在棠口区古厦村，随即以古厦村和长坋村划出的地域设立古峰镇，并成立镇人民政府。[1][4]
镇名初取「坋」字，后将其雅化为「峰」字，遂定名古峰镇。[4]
1966年4月，古峰镇设立人民公社，此后改称城关镇。1972年3月城关镇撤销，1982年2月起重新使用古峰之名。1984年9月人民公社撤销，镇政府保持原有建制，生产大队则改设村民委员会。[4]
人口民族[edit]
截至2022年，古峰镇辖6个社区、36个村（居）民小组，共有居民8403户。[1]
经济[edit]
2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，古峰镇三次列入阿里研究院公布的「淘宝镇」名单；2021年的名单由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合发布。[2]
