沽洋仔村是福建省宁德市古田县卓洋乡的行政村，位于古田县与闽侯县的交界地带，与卓洋乡独峰村相距约3.8公里。[1]

水利与交通[edit]

村中长岗自然村有卓洋乡的一座大型水力发电站，即长岗水力发电站。[2]

村内的两条河流，一条发源于鸡六山的山泉，一条发源于闽侯县廷坪乡西山村，后一条横贯上洋、下洋两个辖区，流入卓洋乡廖厝村境内。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村子曾被评为老区基点村。革命战争时期，叶飞曾居住在村中的长岗自然村。[2]
