廖厝村是福建省宁德市古田县卓洋乡的行政村，位于鹤塘、卓洋与闽侯廷坪三地的交界处，海拔350米，距乡政府18公里，辖3个自然村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

早年有廖姓人家迁居此处，村因此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后设廖厝大队，1985年起改用今名。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村境内的桂花谷温泉，博雅地名网称它是闽东首个大型天然温泉，泉水带有硫磺味。[2] 温泉周围是群山与溪流，周边还分布着古廊桥和明清古民居。[2]

产业[edit]

村里以茶油种植为主要产业，村中的生态林也较多。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2017年8月，村子列入「福建省第二批省级传统村落」名录；2019年6月，列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录。[2]

2021年11月，村子获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[2]
