福全村位于古田县北部，是凤埔乡的一个行政村，古瓯线贯穿全村，距县城约18公里。村内下辖福全、岭头洋2个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

相传旧时船家嫌「翻船」一语不吉利，便将此地叫作「福全」。这里1949年时为平湖区的福全乡，1953年改入凤埔区，仍称福全乡；1958年归平湖公社，设福全大队；1963年改隶凤埔公社，1984年成为凤埔乡下的福全村委会。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

全村面积约4平方千米，山林约5300亩，耕地约1510亩。[1]

人口民族[edit]

经济[edit]

水稻是主要粮食作物，油柰、李子等水果已形成规模化生产，产品销往各地。银耳自20世纪80年代起产业化生产，此后茶树菇、黑木耳、秀珍菇等食用菌品种也陆续发展，成为村里的支柱产业。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

据博雅地名网，齐云山上的齐云寺据称建于唐代，此后数次修葺，现存建筑面积1000多平方米，福建省将其列为红色旅游景点。[2]

2021年2月，福全村上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]
