凤埔村是凤埔乡的集镇所在地，乡政府驻地亦在本村，距古田县城约15公里，海拔400米。全村下辖凤埔、东华2个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年初，本村属平湖区；1953年改属凤埔区；1958年归平湖公社，称凤埔大队；1963年改属凤埔公社；1984年设为凤埔乡凤埔村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村落周围环山，村前有一片平洋。旧时称此地为凤窝，后改为凤埔。村中建有一座水库，修建于20世纪70年代，水质清澈。[1]

人口民族[edit]

据博雅地名网，全村分为七个片区，有1200户4000多人（未注年份），村民以曾、林两姓为主，另有移民700多人。[1]

经济[edit]

食用菌与水果是村里的支柱产业。水果以油柰、芙蓉李为主，种植面积1600多亩；食用菌以银耳、茶树菇、黑木耳为主，村民中近七成从事食用菌生产，村内有十余家银耳精深加工厂。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年2月，凤埔村上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2023年10月，被确定为宁德市「一村一品」专业村；同年12月，被认定为福建省2023年度「一村一品」专业村（食用菌）。[1]
