凤埔乡是福建省宁德市古田县下辖的乡，位于县境西北部，东邻平湖镇，西南与凤都镇相接，东北和西北分别与屏南县、建瓯市交界。全乡辖13个行政村，乡政府驻凤埔村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年古田县整编区乡时，凤埔一带与平湖同属第二区，区委设在平湖。1952年6月增设凤埔区公所，1956年2月撤销。[3]

1958年此地归平湖公社，1963年单独设凤埔公社，1984年改为凤埔乡。[1][2]

2020年6月，凤埔乡入选省级乡村治理示范乡镇名单。[2] 同年12月，凤埔乡获授「福建省卫生乡镇」称号，由省爱卫办确认；2021年2月，凤埔乡上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]

地理环境[edit]

乡境多山，属亚热带季风气候。翠屏湖位于乡域东部，平沙村与苏墩村东侧与之相邻。[2][7][8]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网称，全乡农业以水稻为主，兼产油柰、水蜜桃和柑橘。各村的支柱产业多为食用菌与水果。[1][7][8]

名胜古迹[edit]

白岩洞是乡境北部山区的一处自然景观，朱墩、北溪、旧镇三村的页面都提到它。据博雅地名网，洞穴为火山岩地貌，当地民间传说它是齐天大圣的洞府，每年七月二十五日和十月二十七日有信众前来祭拜。[4][5][6]
