淮溪流经村境，村名以溪命名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年建立淮溪村，1958年并入淮溪大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[2]

现状[edit]

全村172户528人，海拔400米左右，京台高速穿越村境。村民以农业、水果和食用菌生产为主，多数青壮年在城关从事食用菌生产。据村情简介，村内无村财收入。[1]
