泮洋乡是福建省宁德市古田县下辖的乡，位于县境东南部，北面濒临翠屏湖，距县城约10公里。乡政府驻泮洋村，全乡辖15个行政村。[1][2]

乡境地势由北向南渐高，山地面积大于耕地，食用菌和反季节蔬菜是主要产业；中直村的钱公宝殿为省级文物保护单位。[2][9]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，泮洋原指一处狭长而倾斜的地带，没有平坦的洋田，初建村落的人自称“有半个洋”，故称半洋；民国后期有人嫌其不雅，改作泮洋。[5]

1950年5月区乡体制整编时，泮洋属第四区，区委会设在横洋。1963年设泮洋人民公社，1984年改称泮洋乡。2000年全县设8镇、7乡，泮洋乡为其中之一。[3][6]

地理环境[edit]

乡境位于古田县东南部，北面濒临翠屏湖，南侧与闽清县接壤，西与城东街道相接，东面毗邻大桥镇。地势由北向南渐高。[2]

据2021年乡政府材料，全乡总面积128平方千米，耕地约2.7万亩，山地约13.4万亩；博雅地名网与百度百科则作145.33平方千米。[2][4][7]

人口[edit]

同一份材料载全乡共3346户，人口10635人，其中4208人为常住人口；15个行政村中，老区村8个，库区移民安置村6个。百度百科所载为2018年户籍人口10704人。[2][7]

产业[edit]

食用菌是乡内的主要产业，依托高山气候发展，高山村落也大量种植反季节蔬菜。[2]

境内建有泮洋风电场，场址位于乡境南部与大桥镇相接处，2016年1月首台机组并网发电。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

中直村的钱公宝殿为福建省文物保护单位，始建年代两说不一：百度百科载为明万历年间，博雅地名网载为清乾隆年间；两说都载道光十六年（1836年）重修。[9][10]

高岗草场位于中直村境内，海拔1487米，山上为天然草场，每年四五月杜鹃盛开。20世纪闽浙赣游击队与闽北独立师曾在一带活动，草场上的石屋是主要的联络点。[8]
