地名由来[edit]
因薛姓祖先始居于此，村中心有一座薛公殿，周围是成片的田洋，村名为薛后，又称薛洋（博雅地名网）。[1]
沿革[edit]
解放后此地为第六区（沂洋）的薛后乡；1958年编入吉巷公社，设薛后大队；1984年起称吉巷乡薛后村委会（博雅地名网）。[1]
人口[edit]
博雅地名网载村内总人口为3231人（未注统计年份）。[1]百度百科则载户籍人口为3386人，两者口径不同，并列于此。[2]
文化[edit]
村里的卓氏宗祠称为「褒德堂」，是承载卓氏世代家训的文化空间，村里以此开展家风和文明实践活动（古田县人民政府网站，2026年6月报道）。[3]
