前洋坂村隶属吉巷乡，位于古屏交界的山区，海拔1038至1098米，与甘棠乡政府相距8公里，与吉巷乡政府相距22公里。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

开村前这里是一片荒芜的草坂，村前是一片田洋，村名由此而来（博雅地名网）。村子开基于清代，村中保留有土墙黑瓦的古民居十几座，村道以石块铺砌（博雅地名网）。[1]

解放后，此村归第六区（沂洋），称前洋坂村；1958年并入吉巷公社，设前洋坂大队；1984年恢复村委会，改称吉巷乡前洋坂村委会（博雅地名网）。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，前洋坂村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」（博雅地名网）。[1]
