塔洋村隶属吉巷乡，处在乡境北部的边远山区，北面与屏南县甘棠乡接壤，海拔1040米，距乡政府22公里。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村名由前塔、前洋坂两村各取一字而成（博雅地名网）。[1]

沿革[edit]

1949年以后村子归第六区（沂洋），称塔洋村；1958年划为吉巷公社的塔洋大队；1984年起称吉巷乡塔洋村委会（博雅地名网）。[1]

荣誉与产业[edit]

塔洋村是福建省定点老区基点村（博雅地名网）。[1]1999年以后，村里形成了反季节食用菌、反季节蔬菜两项主导产业（博雅地名网）。[1]百度百科称村内下辖上坝自然村，设11个村民小组（百度百科）。[2]
