韦端村隶属吉巷乡，位于古田县与屏南县交界一带，海拔560米，以水蜜桃和高山茶为特色产业。[1][2]

地名与地理[edit]

村名由韦墩、夏端两村各取一字组成（博雅地名网）。村部离甘棠乡政府（梅花地新村）约3公里，离乡政府约8公里；村下辖4个自然村（博雅地名网）。[1]

沿革[edit]

解放后韦端为第六区（沂洋）所辖的韦端乡；1958年划归吉巷公社，编为韦端大队；1984年复设村委会，称吉巷乡韦端村委会（博雅地名网）。[1]

产业[edit]

村内果树种植面积约1800亩，以芙蓉李、油柰等为主（博雅地名网，未注统计年份）。[1]古田水蜜桃是村里的特色品种，2012年11月，韦端村被农业部列入首批全国一村一品示范村镇，产品为古田水蜜桃（博雅地名网）。[1]

近年村里发展高山茶，现有茶园1200多亩，品种以金牡丹、百瑞香、黄观音等为主（古田县人民政府网站，2026年7月报道）。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，韦端村获得2019年度福建省一村一品示范村的认定，产品为古田水蜜桃（博雅地名网）。[1]
