吉巷村是福建省宁德市古田县吉巷乡下辖的行政村，也是乡人民政府的驻地，位于县境西北部，与北墩村、昆边村相邻。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名由吉口、巷头坪两村各取一字而成（博雅地名网）。1949年时属沂洋区，当时称吉巷乡；1959年组建吉巷公社，下设吉巷大队；1984年改为吉巷村民委员会，隶属吉巷乡（博雅地名网）。[1]
