际下村在大甲镇所在地附近，离镇政府所在地两公里有余，步行约半小时可达。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历是：村子建在水漈边，书写时改为“际”字。[2]
20世纪60年代至80年代，村子是大甲乡的农业示范村，双晚稻年年丰收，制种田也曾在此推广。[2]
20世纪70年代，村子依托土地条件调整生产布局，一部分村民种植席草，村里办起草席编织厂，精工草席销往各地。[2]
2006年10月，村民在干部带头下自发修路，建成了大甲第一条村级水泥路，即漈下至大甲的2.6公里路段。[2]
际下村于2021年11月被福建省爱卫办评定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
文化[edit]
博雅地名网称村子是食用菌的发源地；20世纪70年代，村中人员试验成功白木耳菌种，这一成果为白木耳的人工栽培打下了基础。[2]
