嵩溪村是福建省宁德市古田县水口镇下辖的行政村，位于古田溪与202省道一带，与黄田镇交界。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村后为高山，村中一条小溪由北向南流入古田溪，村因此得名。[1]

1958年起隶谷口公社，设嵩溪大队；1970年隶莪洋公社；1984年归莪洋镇，成为嵩溪村委会；1986年改隶水口镇。[1]

嵩溪村是水口水电站建设中的重点淹迁村之一。[1]

文化[edit]

2025年5月，嵩溪村列入「福建省美丽乡村示范村」创建名单。[1]
