湾口村是福建省宁德市古田县水口镇下辖的行政村，是水口水电站库区的重点移民安置村之一。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历与闽江的走向有关：「湾」指闽江在此转弯，「口」指通往南平、高洲一带的入口。[1]

1958年组建湾口大队，1970年归莪洋公社，1984年定下现名并划入莪洋镇，1986年才转属水口镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，湾口村获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]

2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，湾口村入选「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
