上地村位于古田县西部，地处古田、南平、建瓯三地交界一带，与石坑村毗邻，距县城35公里，距凤都镇所在地19公里。[1]

革命历史[edit]

解放战争时期，村民在当地革命领导人的带领下参加斗争，不少群众为此献出了生命。村里被列为革命老区基点村。[1]

经济[edit]

毛竹林是村中主要的经济林木，出产的笋干销往国内外。村中地下蕴藏有银、铁等矿产，尚未开发利用。[1]
