洋头村是凤都镇东部的行政村，紧邻凤都村，距古田城关15公里，村内分中湾、墓兜两个自然村。[1]

民俗[edit]

村里有舞草龙的风俗，由来已久。每年农历八月十五中秋，村中草龙队照例出场，祈求来年风调雨顺、五谷丰登，凤都全镇多处都能看到草龙舞动。[1]

经济[edit]

洋头村是凤都镇水果种植的重要村，村中建有水果交易市场，古田大桃、水蜜桃、白凤桃、油奈、黑李、芙蓉李等品种都有出产，其中白凤大桃在省内外有名。村中还是食用菌生产基地，香菇、白木耳、茶树菇、金针菇等均有生产。[1]
