凤都镇是福建省宁德市古田县西部的镇，西面与南平市、建瓯市接壤，镇区位于双珠村。2018年户籍人口26531人，区域面积164.27平方千米。[1][2]
镇名的来历与旧地名有关：此地原称凤埔街，解放前设有凤仕乡，又被称作“五都”，后取两个旧名的字合为“凤都”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年古田解放后，县内先设七个区公所，其中第三区即凤都区。1955年以驻地命名的区公所中有凤都区公所，次年撤销。[3]
2000年，古田县辖的八个镇中包括凤都镇。[3]
2004年，福建省人民政府批准撤销新城镇、松吉乡和湖滨乡，分设城东、城西两个街道办事处；凤都镇的桃溪、仕坂、坑里、罗坑、双山五个村因此划归城东街道办事处。[3]
经济[edit]
镇内乡镇工业以陶瓷、编织、水力发电和造纸为主；农业以水稻和蔬菜为大宗，兼产瓜类、水蜜桃和油奈。[1]
