白溪村全村处在古田、宁德与屏南三地的交界上，海拔1036米，距镇区12公里。博雅地名网记全村面积20650亩，有424人、132户，下辖1个自然村。[1]

村内的白溪草场是一片天然高山草甸，百度百科记总面积约2.4万亩，为闽东地区规模较大的草场之一。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作“白溪”，又名“伏溪”，后各取一字组成今名。[1]

白溪1949年属杉洋区白溪镇；1958年归杉洋公社，称白溪大队；1984年改设杉洋镇白溪村委会。[1]

革命战争时期，叶飞、陈挺、阮英平等人曾在此开展游击活动，村庄属老区基点村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域海拔较高，林地约7000亩，天然草场约1.2万亩，毛竹林约250亩。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

白溪草场位于村畔，平均海拔约1036米，草场上有人工湖与造型松树群落。春季杜鹃盛开，是当地的赏花去处。[3][4]

文化[edit]

2016年5月，白溪村被福建省人民政府认定为「第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村」；2016年12月，列入第四批中国传统村落名录；2021年11月，被福建省爱卫办命名为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]

村中出产白溪羊肉与白溪米酒。[1]
