历史沿革[edit]
1949年后，村子隶属第七区。1958年归鹤塘公社，当时为芝南大队；1984年改由鹤塘乡管辖，设路上村委会。[1]
该村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有余氏宗祠和一座大厝，后者属县级文物重点保护建筑。余正健故居也在村中。[1][2]
著名人物[edit]
余正健（1657年至1723年），字乾行，号惕斋，清代官员，出生于路上村余氏。1716年（康熙五十五年），他升任都察院左副都御史，兼管顺天府；雍正元年（1723年），他获雍正皇帝御赐「天下师表」，同年因病回乡，途经临清去世。[3]
