苏洋村位于古宁线二级公路沿线，是鹤塘镇的行政村。最早在此定居的是苏姓人家，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后，村子隶属第七区。1958年归鹤塘公社，当时称苏洋大队；1984年改由鹤塘乡管辖，设为村委会。[1]

苏洋村是因古田溪水库建设而迁建村居的村庄之一，同时也是老区村。[1][2]

该村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
