双洋村位于鹤塘镇西部，是一个老区基点村。村名来自村前村后各有一片田洋。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

双洋桥渠又称仙娘桥，位于村南约800米处，建于20世纪70年代。桥渠长35米，由186块条石铺成，3墩3拱之外另有小拱，村民主要用它引水灌田，也供人通行。2019年11月公布为古田县文物保护单位。[2][3]
