洋上村位于省道202沿线，村子建在四面环山的小平洋上，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年设洋上村，属第五区；1958年成立洋上大队，1970年归莪洋公社；1984年，它成为莪洋镇辖下的洋上村委会，1990年起改隶黄田镇。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子下辖2个自然村，境内有202省道通过，交通比较便利。[1]
经济[edit]
村子的主要产业是农业、林业和养殖业，林地土质肥厚，耕地平缓，适于大型的立体化农业开发。[1]
文化[edit]
2023年2月，洋上村列入福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村名单。2026年1月，洋上村入选福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村。[1]
