达才村是古田县平湖镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东部，距镇区约4公里，辖区总面积2平方公里，下辖里村、前村、新村3个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年，本地属平湖区达才乡；1958年，此地设为平湖公社达才大队；其后于1984年改为村民委员会建制。[1][2]

1928年，中共古田县特别支部迁至本村中心，在此期间发展党员46人，设四个党小组，并创办工农夜校、组织农会。[3]

文化[edit]

2017年8月，达才村列入福建省第二批省级传统村落名录。2021年11月，本村列入福建省卫生村名单；2021年12月，本村获评“2021年度福建省森林村庄”。[1]

2026年1月，本村进入2026年度福建省乡村振兴示范村之列。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄孝敏烈士故居的始建时间为清光绪三十三年（1907年），据百度百科为福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位。[4]

本村中心的中共古田特支旧址原为黄孝敏烈士故居，博雅地名网载其2012年列为古田县文物保护单位。[3]

著名人物[edit]

黄孝敏生于本村一户田产较多的家庭，年轻时参加学生运动，后加入中国共产党，为烈士。[3][4]
