盘前村在霞浦县南部，西面濒临官井洋，是北壁乡下辖的少数民族村，全村396户，辖7个自然村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村前海面上有三个岛屿，形状如盘，村因此得名。[1]

沿革[edit]

建国初期属盘前乡，后经几次调整，1984年改为盘前村委会，1986年划归北壁乡管辖。[1][2]

民族与人文[edit]

解放前，雷姓家族由他处迁居此地，与本地汉族杂居，畲汉两族的文化由此相互交流。[2]

渔业[edit]

解放后，村里以捕捞业为主，黄瓜鱼是当时的主要水产品。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2000年度，县委与县政府把「计划生育先进单位」的称号授予村庄。[1]

2021年11月，该村列入2021年福建省卫生村名单。[1]

2021年12月，村庄入选「2021年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
