池澳村是北壁乡下辖的沿海行政村，三面环山、一面对海，全村346户。[1][2]

村北金鸡山上有流米寺，寺中存北宋石刻；村前海岸礁石林立，有多处海蚀地貌和小沙滩。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

「澳」指海边弯曲、可以停船的地方，村名由此而来。[1]

自然风光[edit]

海岸经海水侵蚀形成莲花岛、西牛角、象头鼻、犬头岩、石人、喷气石等景观，每处都有相应的传说。池澳、南风澳、石人下澳、大洞澳等处水质清澈，有成片的小沙滩。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

流米寺位于村北金鸡山上，据博雅地名网，建于北宋，寺周留有北宋石窟摩崖錾佛、寺庙遗址、石碑与石础。[1][2]

渔业与交通[edit]

池澳自古是邻近村渔船的避风之地，天然避风港的使用已有200多年。村里建有二级渔港，主要以海带养殖与近海捕捞为生。[1][2]
