阮洋村位于霞浦县北部，在赛江流域中上游，与福安、柘荣两县交界，是一个畲族村。村辖8个自然村，共327户1239人，党员31人（博雅地名网，未注年份）。茜洋溪穿村而过。[1][2]

村中姓阮的人家居住，村名由此而来。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

8个自然村依次为阮洋、十八裂、山斗洋、黄土章、南美楼、汤家山、凤窝和瓦窑岗。[1]

水田615亩与旱地233亩合计耕地848亩。村农民在2011年的人均纯收入为4903元。村内产茶叶、太子参、药材、毛竹、土鸡、淡水鳗和鳖等，粮食作物以稻谷、地瓜为主。[1][2]
