历史沿革[edit]
村子建在一座“三佛塔”之后，村名由此而来。建国初期这里称塔后乡，之后1958年设塔后小公社；1966年，塔后大队得以成立；1984年才改为村民委员会。[1][2]
地理环境与经济[edit]
水田面积1040多亩，林地5千多亩。
茶叶、太子参、林业和毛竹是村民的主要经济来源。村中有通往霞浦和柘荣的公路。[2]

村中有属县级保护的古老树木，村落保留着独特的风貌。[2]
