历史沿革[edit]
村落的格局如一只展翅的凤凰，村委会因此取“凤洋”二字为名。1958年8月，村中设凤洋生产大队；1984年，大队改为凤洋村，选举产生村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
全村种植茶叶150亩、水稻80余亩，并发展部分养殖，属产业基础较弱的村。村财收入主要来自新能源投资收益和天然林补助。[2]
