南山后村位于柏洋乡以南约一公里处，村内绿地率据称达86%。全村105户、580人，党员20人（博雅地名网，未注年份）。[1]

2024年1月，村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄位于双冠峰的南侧，村名由此而来。1958年8月，村中设南山后生产大队；1984年，大队改为南山后村。[1]

经济[edit]

村中山林有毛竹约600亩；杉木林1200亩；太子参种了200亩，葡萄80亩，茶叶则只有30亩。不少青壮年外出从事建筑、餐饮和个体经营等工作。[2]
