陈墩村位于柏洋乡西北部，属老区基点村。村内有4个自然村：半坑、肖墩、大园坪和陈墩，共335户1319人（村情简介，未注年份）。[1][2]

2021年11月，村被授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，同月还被认定为「2021年宁德市“一村一品”专业村」。2023年12月，村被命名为「2023年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村中陈姓人家居住，村庄座落于山墩旁边，村名由此而来。1958年8月，村中设陈墩生产大队；1984年，大队改称陈墩村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子坐落在四面环山的大峡谷中，两条溪流蜿蜒穿行，村辖区内有陈墩山塘1座。村有山地面积8847亩。一条宽5米的水泥路将村庄与霞浦通往柏洋的县级公路相连。[2]

经济[edit]

粮食、蔬菜和茶叶是村中的主要产出。村中水田934亩、旱地61亩，二者合计耕地995亩。[2]

2011年，村里农民的人均纯收入为5063.1元。[2]
