林洋村位于霞浦县西北部山区，沿霞柏公路分布，距县城36公里，在柏洋乡政府西南约4公里处。村辖里村、外村、仁溪3个自然村，辖区内有小型水电站1座。[1][2]
2021年11月，村被授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村前有一片田洋，早年姓林的人在此居住，村名由此而来。1958年8月，村中设林洋生产大队；1984年，大队改称林洋村，并选举产生村民委员会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村情简介载，村里共385户，人口1333人，设村民小组5个，此外另有耕地1129亩。[2]
2008年，村农民人均纯收入为3551.3元。村内水田有862亩，旱地则为267亩。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
里村河源宫门前有一棵古树，由红豆杉、楮木等三种树连成一体，主干周长3米，树龄据称700多年；村中另有一棵约500年的罗汉松。[2]
