柏洋村位于柏洋乡中部，是乡政府所在地。村域面积3.2平方千米，平均海拔480米，地形以山地丘陵为主，境内的东杞洋水库水量丰富。[1][2]
2022年10月，柏洋村被命名为「2022年全国示范性老年友好型社区」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村中多植柏树，村名由此而来。1958年8月，村中设立柏洋生产大队；1984年8月，大队更名为柏洋村，并选举产生村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村境属亚热带季风气候，年平均气温16.1℃，无霜期300天左右。山地土壤疏松，适合种植油茶、茶叶、林果、太子参、食用菌和晚熟葡萄等作物。[2]
经济[edit]
村集体经济的年收入约为1.2万元。全村有耕地1900亩，林地1760亩，茶园300亩，葡萄园500亩。[2][3]
2013年度，村民人均纯收入为10311元。[2]
