柏洋乡是福建省宁德市霞浦县辖的乡，位于县境西北部。水门畲族乡在它的东侧，崇儒畲族乡在南侧，柘荣县与福鼎市位于北边，福安市则在西边。[1][2]

1984年，柏洋公社改设为柏洋乡，此后沿用至今。截至2020年6月，全乡辖28个行政村，乡政府驻柏洋村。[1][2]

2022年十月，省农业农村厅把柏洋乡列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；同年十二月，省爱国卫生运动委员会的命名使其成为「2022年福建省卫生乡镇」。2014年九月，环境保护部给柏洋乡的称号是「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代，这一带属灵霍乡柘阳里。元代至清光绪年间，境域分属柘洋下里的二十八都、二十九都和柘洋上里的三十三都。清宣统元年至民国中期，此地归下西（崇儒）区管辖。[3]

民国25年（1936年）划归第一区。1949年10月改隶第五区；1952年，又从第五区析出第八区，区公所设在柏洋。[3]

1958年撤去区的建制，原地成立了一个人民公社，内含十一个大队。1961年这里再度改为区，管着5个公社与35个大队；次年陈墩、林洋、禅洋、西坑四处各自成为公社。1966年，区又回到公社的形式。1984年，这一公社改制为乡，辖28个村委会。[3]

地理环境[edit]

据百度百科，乡域面积为172.89平方千米，气候属亚热带山地季风类型。[1]

乡境以山地丘陵为主，溪流纵横。长岩、黄土丘、郑家山等村沿柏洋至塔后公路分布在乡域东部。[4]

人口与经济[edit]

截至2019年末，户籍人口27847人；工业企业共16家，规模以上的为3家（据百度百科）。[1]

农业以水稻、薯类和黄豆为主，兼产茶叶、油桐和竹木；茶叶、太子参、毛竹等是多个村的主要物产。[2][4]

文化[edit]

乡内有阮洋、大岭等畲族聚居村落；全乡三处少数民族聚居的村子中，大岭村便是其一，村中畲族的歌谣传统保存至今。大岭村小溪自然村的雷翰琳被认定为霞浦畲歌省级传承人。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

金源祠位于董墩村，始建于1535年（明嘉靖十四年），属明代宗祠，由山门和大殿两部分构成。2013年1月28日，福建省人民政府公布其为第八批省级文物保护单位。[5][6]

柘头村的闽东谢翱文化园设有谢翱全身雕像和碑林，园中的碑刻为省内外书法名家所写，纪念谢翱。[7]
