东杞洋村位于福建省宁德市霞浦县崇儒乡西北部，全村共有4个自然村，分别为东杞洋、陈家山、神坑里和新亭下[1]。村名的来历，据博雅地名网称，是村东面原有一棵杞柳树[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1949至1955年间，此地归崇儒区，称东杞洋乡；1956至1958年归岚下区，名称未变[1]。1959至1965年并入东进小公社，与里厝大队合在一处；1966至1979年隶属崇儒公社，称东进大队[1]。1979至1980年，东进大队与里厝分开，改成东杞洋大队，1984年成为东杞洋村民委员会[1]。
