汴洋村位于福建省宁德市霞浦县崇儒乡中北部，县城在19.4公里外，离乡政府驻地6.4公里[1]。全村下辖6个自然村，依次为马安、清垅、下马垅、金斗洋、官路下和汴洋村[1]。村名的由来，据博雅地名网称，是祖先自河南迁来，「汴」是开封的别称，以此纪念祖先[2]。

2019年，汴洋村被列为省级美丽乡村[1]。1958年，此地设汴洋生产大队；1984年，大队改为汴洋村，并设立村民委员会[2]。
