亭头村位于福建省宁德市霞浦县崇儒畲族乡西北部，距乡政府所在地4公里[1]。全村下辖6个自然村，分别为亭头、南山、外兰下、加腰、溪头湾和里加腰[1]。村名的来历，据博雅地名网称，是此地曾有一座亭，村庄建在岭头之上[2]。

群众的主要收入来自茶叶、太子参、毛竹，也有人外出务工[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1958年，此地设亭头生产大队；1984年，大队改为亭头村，并设立村民委员会[2]。
荣誉[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月确定亭头村为「2021年福建省卫生村」[2]。
