百笕村位于霞浦县东北部，毗邻三沙镇、牙城镇与柏洋乡，离水门乡镇区10公里。村辖3个自然村，全村数字为767人，其中住在村里的常住者约200人[1]。村名的来历是古时傅姓人家迁来时，用百条毛竹把水引入村中[1]。

耕地704亩，林地4300亩，茶园360亩，另有山园350亩与毛竹林820亩[1]。
生计[edit]
村民生计以茶叶、茭白与外出务工为主[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予本村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1958年先设百笕生产大队；1984年政社分开后，大队改称百笕村，并组建村民委员会[1]。
