地理环境[edit]
村子属亚热带季风湿润气候，平均海拔约400米，年降水量约1700毫米，年平均气温16.5摄氏度。耕地1496亩，其中旱地占800亩、水田占696亩，作物以地瓜、水稻与茶叶为主[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办确认武坪村为「2021年福建省卫生村」[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1958年先设武坪生产大队；1984年政社分开，大队改称武坪村，并组建村民委员会[1]。
