八斗丘村位于水门畲族乡西北部，与福鼎市磻溪乡相邻，离镇区16公里。全村面积7.2平方公里，辖4个自然村，共153户596人[1]。村名由村前的一片丘田「八斗」而来[1]。

2024年1月，八斗丘村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年先设八斗丘生产大队，1984年政社分开后改为八斗丘村，并组建村民委员会[1]。
