承天村位于霞浦县东北部，离水门乡镇区约15公里，平均海拔688米。全村338户1189人，辖6个自然村、10个村民小组[1]。村名的来历是村前一块田依靠天水灌溉，故称承天[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予本村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，此地先设立承天生产大队。1984年政社分开，大队更名为承天村，村民委员会也于此时组建[1]。
