青官蓝村位于三沙镇东北侧，距镇区6.7公里，下辖4个自然村。村内耕地238亩，水田500亩，园地211亩，林地1800亩。村民以种植地瓜和养殖紫菜为主。[1]

村境山上岩石奇特，有「镇山之印」「仙人赶猪仔」「神虎观祖」「仙人脚印」等景致。晴朗的天气下，可以望见福鼎市的嵛山岛。[1]
