古镇村位于三沙镇东部，距霞浦县城34公里。港湾天然，村海域为镇内的海上网箱养殖地，往嵛山、烽火两岛的船只也经此出入。村内有霞浦县唯一的三千吨码头泊位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村旧属福宁府。港口两端的突出部形似海龟，因此早先叫「龟镇」，建国初期才改用现名。1958年设古镇大队；1966年成为渔业大队；到1984年，改成村委会。[2]

经济[edit]

村以渔业为主，有3艘60匹马力以上的捕捞渔船，主要经营海上网箱养殖与内海捕捞，养殖品种有金雕鱼、黄瓜鱼、白鮸鱼、鲈鱼、紫菜与海带等。[2]
