五澳村位于三沙镇区东南部，距霞浦县城22公里，是三沙渔港所在地。村名因排列为第五个澳口而得。村下辖四澳口、斗门头2个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄旧属福宁府，为三沙都十八保之一。居民多是从闽南、福州与连江迁来的，解放后又有一部分海上连家船渔民上岸落户。语言本以闽南话与福州话为主，现已大体合为闽南话。[2]

渔业互助组于1952年春组建，1954年转为初级社并设4个分社，1956年并入三沙高级渔业合作社。1958年，三沙人民公社组建渔业大队，把五澳、东澳、西澳、三澳、古镇几村合为一体，称「五社合一」；1960年分出五澳渔业大队，1982年改回村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村的陆地面积约2平方千米，海域面积18平方千米，海岸线长约3公里。村西连狮球山瞭望台，南面五澳港面向大海。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

广利侯王宫又名九使宫，是村中的古庙，始建于乾隆年间，嘉庆十年（1805年）重修，供奉广利侯王。农历九月初九为其诞辰，庙会沿袭至今。[2]

避风港（西堤）长约250米，1957年动工，历时两年多建成，既是渔港的安全设施，也是游览之处。狮球山瞭望台上设有报风警示灯。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以渔业为主，拥有60匹马力以上捕捞渔船45艘，主要作业为钓鳗、灯光捕捞、诱捕笼与横杆拖虾，盛产鳗鱼、石斑鱼、鲳鱼、带鱼与梭子蟹。[2]

人物[edit]

印尼华侨刘成灿是村中知名人士，早年在印尼参加同盟会，后回国参加抗日工作，曾在国民政府时期当选国大代表。[2]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办在2021年命名五澳村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
