九斗洋村属下浒镇，地处东冲半岛中部，与北壁乡接壤，属镇境较为偏远的村。[1]
地名[edit]
清代迁居此地以来，村前有一块田，据称可播种九斗的种子，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年8月公社化时期，此地设为九斗洋生产大队。1984年8月恢复乡政府，大队随即改称九斗洋村并组成村民委员会，原大队就此撤销。[1]
概况[edit]
村中226户，人口935人（博雅地名网，未注明统计口径）。在690亩耕地中，农地占400亩，余下290亩为水田。[1]
